well, Im heading into the army on the 10th of January, so I wont be around that much.

I’ve been enjoying my 360 a lot lately, it’s to me, a perfect machine (and the games are great too!). Been playing a lot of skate., FullAuto, Splinter Cell: Double Agent and Gears of War coop with my friend(s). From now on, I plan on getting Call of Duty 4 and maybe Kane & Lynch cause of the coop ability, but again, since the reviews suck I might wait it out a while. Also, Lego Starwars: CS got my eyes, it looks so stupid that it’s automatically fun. I’ll just have to wait for my next paycheck which should be here any day now

Other than that, I’ve kinda given up game development as a whole, I don’t like it anymore, it’s all about next-gen crap that I don’t enjoy a bit (making that is, it looks nice). Everything is suppose to be so advanced that it looses it’s “charisma” to put it like an idiot. Why give up? I kinda realized that I have no idea about what to spend my life on, but so far it doesn’t look like I’m heading into the game dev. industry anytime soon. Not a problem for me really, I don’t think that I’m missing out on something (except the crazy release orgies with strippers, whores and such).

skate. is fucking amazing, it feel soo good. It’s a bit wired sometimes, and it’s kinda hard to master, but I’ll be spending probably 1000 hours with this game from now on.

Lately I’ve been working at my dads company, making big bucks. And then, EA SKATE is released in USA and soon in Europe. So I did what everyone would do, order an Xbox 360 ASAP!!!111 D: I feel crazy, but I’ve been watching SKATE videos all day, and I am so stoked on this very game. Besides, I need something to do when it’s raining

Other than that, I’ve been with my girlfriend for 4 months now, doesn’t feel that long but I know that 4 months is like 122 days and 1/3 of a year! Still no new renders or anything from me, I just lurk around and go skate when the weather is nice.

So since I use Lightbox for my page, I though I need to use it for my blog aswell. So I looked around (that means I asked at #Mapcore) and some random asshat gave me a google link and the first hit was this. So now I’ve uploaded it and I have to test it.

Now, lets see if I can manage to customize it to look like the real one

Nothing special eh? I think it’s pretty special, considering the amount of work I put into it. It’s the first project I’ve done in GoLive, and it’s my first really custom Wordpress design, that matches my portfolio! (Note: Not that my portfolio is finished!) This internet stuff is pretty amazing.

So, what have I been doing this summer? To be honest; NOTHING! I’ve been a lazy bastard, just sleeping, hanging out and drinking. I’m not going to any school this year, no real job (for now, but I’ll need to get one) and then, I’m leaving for the army in January. I’m actually looking forward to it
But I have actually been a part of Insurgencys release. It kinda felt like you had a baby, without any real pain. We had tons of players during the first days, I recall that we had more players than every HL and HL2 mod out there all together.
So, you might be wondering about what I’ll write in this blog? I guess I’ll try to share some personal stuff, game development related things, stuff that is going on with Insurgency, and my opinions on new pages that are coming up and such. I also might share a few tips and tricks with a few of the tools that I use. And ofcourse, show off stuff that I make, even if it’s no good for portfolio use.

So, that’s it, now I’m going to get drunk It’s been a while.
